Well. How did everyone go? No idea, but I got a reasonable score that I'm happy with. Not good as 90 whatever but at least it wasn't in the 70s... :D Also got the results from my interview at RMIT.. I only got a B letter but hopefully I'll get in with it!!!! It's gonna kill if I don't.
Anyway, just finished rearranging/adding/removing preferences. Really annoying actually, because I just found some good courses except I'm too late because they required interviews.. stupid me. Ah well, as long as I get into some Uni I don't mind too much. I'm worried about where I'm applying though. If I apply to courses in Footscray for example, how the hell am I meant to get there?? I don't think moving near there would be an option, and I'm not willing to travel an hour or so to get there. Do we get a choice of our preferences if it gets lower down, or is it automatically selected??

I can't help but be worried if I'll into a course now.. I'm curious as to what part of the interview I might have failed to get me such a miserable result.. I'm betting it was my own interview skills, not being confident enough and all. I have higher hopes for getting into digital art except I'm not as enthusiastic about it anymore because of all programming and stuff involved. There are the other courses that are based on ENTER but I can't remember what I applied for and can't look them up because this stupid computer can't view the VTAC website atm. As Monday approaches, I'm getting more nervous and scared- I really don't want to disappoint my parents. I don't think I've done that bad in most of my subjects, only really failing at methods. I really think I should stop worrying and all because everytime I think about it something bad seems to happen when it comes to results.
Oh no.. I'm going to be stuck with tafe now aren't I? Yes all my opinions about it is pretty much influenced by others about it sucking and all. But when I went to the interviews and discussed about it, the whole curriculum didn't sound all that bad. It's more of the fact that everyone seems to look down on tafe. When asked about what course I'm taking, I don't want to reply saying that I'm doing tafe. It sort of makes me feel inferior to the people asking I guess. Pathetic. Well I'll just crawl into a ball and die now.

I'm sad... :'( I didn't get into the course I wanted to go to...not even a B letter... damn it damn it damn it. But if I get into another similar course, I can transfer right? So I only have hopes for that then...

Dragonball Z the movie. wth. One of the strangest movies ever. Chi-Jap-American actors= fail. I mean Stephan Chow is a great actor and all but this movie stinks. This is why they should never make live action movies. Anyway I was sorta glad that they made at least one asian actress not play such a stereotypical role, but in the end she still knew martial arts-.- I think asians will forever be plagued with the role of being some martial arts person...

Interviews Over

Well I just had my last interview yesterday. :) Went pretty well, the guy interviewing me seemed friendly enough, and seemed to laugh a lot. He said he felt sorry for the apple design...
Now I can sorta relax, but results are coming soon, and also the A,B, C letters... please get A's please get A's.... I really want to get into Animation and Interactive Media at RMIT now.. Made a great friend there at the interview:)

Today I had an interview at RMIT for Digital Art. I thought I'd take a bus instead of the long way I usually do, but as it often happens, I got lost in the city. I stopped a few stops before the right one, and ended up walking in the opposite direction-.-"
Luckily though, there was a train station at the end of Lonsdale st where there happened to be a train taking me back to Melb Central. Well I eventually arrived there with around half an hour to spare thank god. It was a cool interview though- I seem to answer the questions more naturally this time( finally after what, 5 interviews??) and it was funny because the interviewers were talking about all these ds games lol when I told them my favourite games. Anyway I was caught off guard when they asked about what kind of games I'd make, and what would the story be. I said an RPG, and it was about some girl who was on a journey to get something and meets so and so who joins her party to get to the objective. Oh how original. Well I honestly didn't think that kind of question would be asked- it's digital art for god sakes. But after going to the interview, I'm sort of rethinking it. It seems like they do a lot of programming rather than actual digital art, and it really seems over dominated by males. Well if I get a choice to get in, I'm putting it 2nd..

I'm just cringing at the memory of my interviews... why did I say the first thing that came to mind???? I could have said so many better reasons as to why I wanted to go to RMIT... Gah I hate myself!Stupid stupid stupid..

Which one's scarier? Train, Bus or Tram

I think bus is probably the scariest if it's in a totally different area. You have to look out for the place where you want to go, or look out for a street sign. And if you see it, you've probably got less than a second to push the stop button.
Tram would follow I think, pretty much for the same reasons except there's less distance between stops.
Trains are my favourite type of public transport because if you catch the wrong train, you can always go to the opposite platform and catch the train back.

I can't help but feel that this was one of the worst birthday ever. I was hoping that it was going to be alright that maybe turning 18 wouldn't be too bad- ha. Just reading more of this would probably depress you so just go away.


I don't think my parents realized it was my birthday this morning. Got to school feeling a bit scared- who knows what you guys would do? Entered school like it was any other day, I don't mind it that much. Didn't think anyone realized it was my b'day. Felt a bit rejected. I realize some of you guys were trying to 'surprise' me, but it didn't go as planned. Brought out the lollies and everyone crowds around. Some say happy b'day.I'd rather wish they didn't. Also, don't bother asking what I got for my b'day. Cake is brought out- feeling a bit happy that you guys went to the trouble. Day goes by slowly, I just want to get out. I really can't stand it. Been a while since I've updated. Been quite busy as has everyone else. God that Chinese SAC was a killer. Well it's done, and I think I got an alright. 3 different SACs next week to look forward to now...

Am I a peoples' person? Probably not. I don't think I can deal with people that often. I need a lot of space. Having friends tires me out. I happen to observe things in life, picking up things I believe that no one else has notice, fairly sensitive to people's reactions but don't say anything; I'm just a bystander. I can't help but feel excluded a lot, whether it be my own fault or not, but these things happen in life. I like to believe that I know what another person is thinking, after reacting to what I've said or done. Some sort of catalyst perhaps, something that can affect everything surrounding me. I'm a terrible person; even if I realize something is wrong, I don't know what to do or just hope it goes away, never having anyone to by my side to share my true thoughts and feelings; it feels like it's all a lie. I just want to leave the urban life and live a life staring up into the sky while everyday slowly passes by. Not having to worry about what other people think about me, not having to worry about my future, not having to worry about anyone else. How can I achieve this impossible dream....

She gum high level duo ng dak, gum me ng duk duo rite gei but i think the whole choosing is not fair law, choose model mei? young yao inch', high study level yao inch, short yao inch … They onky choose rich girl law so bad.
We don't go and let them inch ga law if they need tall or high level people then why not put in the application form lei.

Virus

The bloody school computers gave my laptop a virus and i can't get rid of it, and it has infected some of my files. Basically it makes a new folder with the same name as your original folder, and makes it an application or something. I'm hoping that it won't spread onto my external hard drive and usbs 'cauz i've been using them to back up my stuff just in case...
atm i'm trying to get my dad to reinstall windows and just get rid of the whole lot in one go, but i'll have to wait till my dad meets his friend again...
Oh and janet, i need to borrow your cs3 cd again...well not yet but after reinstalling windows..

How long do people shower for? Usually I finish in 2-3 mins but when washing hair, I go over 4 mins^.^' Ahh I'm killing the earth!

Will I never be allowed out of the house or what? I'm seriously annoyed at my dad. He is taking the swine flu wayy too seriously. Yes, I know I have to be careful but seriously, is it necessary for me to not go anywhere over this year? It's my bloody final year, I'm going to be stressed, I probably won't see my friends again and your scared over some flu? Basically, if any of us get sick, and he catches it, he says who will look after us. Okay, first of all, majority of the people have swine flu are young people. And secondly, I couldn't care if I died from swine flu, I just want some freedom! I am the only one who never seems to be at any events, always giving up something because I care. I wonder how long we will all stay friends. It won't be long till everyone takes their path in life and find their own place in the world. Will I ever see you guys again? Honestly, I don't think I'll see a lot of you. I probably won't make much of an effort as Kathyrn said on SN to keep in contact, which is probably very true. I'll try I guess, but eventually we will probably grow more distant from one another. I can see everyone becoming very successful in what they do, and I hope that goes the same for me. I hope to live in Japan someday and perhaps leave everything behind. I want to start anew and forget all the pain of the past and just finally doing something I want to do.

I knew it. This morning I knew it was going to happen. I had hoped he would die peacefully, as he seemed in pain for the last few days....we knew it was only with time that he would finally leave us...I regret not being able to accompany him properly for the last few weeks..he was the cutest thing ever..this is the first time anything/one close to me has died...I really, just really, hope he left in peace...

Well I've gotten out of working. Thank god. It's not like I would have been much help anyway. So anyway, did anyone else here the outrageous winds this morning? It was like BOOM BOOM BOOM! lol. I only get freaked out when it sounds like the glass window in my room is about to crack. You can hear the frame of the window shaking even if it is shut tightly. Well it's calmed down now so I guess it's alright.

I finished watching Hana Yori Dango! Yay! The ending- :o that would freak me out if that ever happened! When it got near to the end of the series, I was hating it and didn't want to finish it but couldn't not finish the series, cauz you know it's all gonna end happily anyway. But in moments when the protagonist is in their sad moments, you can't help but hate the people who do that to them.

Anyway, I need to get motivated to do my homework. I found out that I have to work for the remaining week of hols cauz one of the worker's boyfriend is going to have an operation. God I wish they had at least given me a few days extra notice so that I would have felt compelled to do my homework under less stressed condition. Now I'm going to have to cram it in to my relaxed holiday lifestyle... sigh. Woe is me.

Honestly my family only knows how to make other people feel bad about themselves. We went to this restaurant near our house called panda inn or something of the sort, where it's an all you can eat yum cha for 13.50 per adult. The food wasn't too bad, it was really more of the service. They're seriously understaffed as majority of people were kept waiting as we all waited for the trolley to come by. There was a problem with the pork buns as my sis and gran claimed that it was cold in the centre, and it hadn't been fully cooked. Well okay so they hadn't cooked it thoroughly enough so just put the food aside. God my gran, she took the other bun and ate a bit then spat it out then ate a bit and spat it out. God just leave the bun alone!! Everyone around us I'm sure were restless, but I seriously don't think it was necessary to bag the people complaining about the food so loudly. I think they should have just had a self serve area as they seem to lack staff, and the food wasn't going around fast enough. It was also embarassing how my mum went to get something of the trolley (it wasn't meant to be served yet, still near the kitchen) and she kinda promoted bad behaviour. That is one reason why I hate my family. They always have to critisize and make people miserable, not ever taking note about the good things, always the bad.

I thought I should post something. Well..Oh yeah, on Christmas Day, my family and some other families got together to go to the great ocean road. It was kinda hectic because somehow most of the family cars got into an accident. Nothing too serious. Just some bumps. Unfortunately we had our number plate smashed into. Well, we originally were going to have a barbecue except in the end we stopped at this random park, and it was swarming with little kids.
A did a lot of photo taking in the car because the scenes were better. Maybe I should put some up? Well to sum it up, it was kinda a boring trip because when we arrived at our destination, we had to leave after an hour just to get back home around 11pm...Oh and I had a packet of chips for dinner:) That was nice.

God, why do my parents always feel the need to bring my self confidence down? Have they not stuffed up my life enough?

Okay. I've started on a bit of my homework. Well just now. Chinese homework. What on earth is with the questions? Some are quite personal, why on earth would an examiner ask them? Like for example, your relationship between your family and where your relatives live etc.. Are they stalkers or something? Anyway who should be my 'best friend'? There's like a few questions for me to answer on my 'best friend'.
Also, that checklist. It would help if the teacher had the words to go with the topics, because I have no idea how good I am at them. Why do I have to state what work I've done before for the each and every single topic( 35 in total) as well as my study plan for each of them?
I'm afraid I really need to polish up on my Chinese, because I've even forgotten some of the very basics (just before I forgot how to write dog in chinese^.^').
Has anyone else started on their homework, or did everyone else finish it last year?

I don't get it. Why do people like to shop for clothing so much? How is it my fault that I don't know what to buy? My parents have totally stuffed up when they raised me, I swear I'm just some sort of experiment. I was always given clothes from the factory that they used to work at, or from grandma's trip to china. It has only been recently since I've stepped into a shop to buy some sort of clothing for the first time. The whole process of shopping is embarrassing. If i've ever been shopping with you, you would probably notice that i just stand there and kinda shadow you. I'm sorry for freaking you out. It's just awkward because it's not like I go shopping with friends like you see on tv. I guess my sisters wouldn't have the same problems as me, seeing as they're younger and all, with different types of friends.
Having been brought up sheltered in a somewhat cultural family, I probably don't even know the basic things, and me, being the oldest, I have to be the first one to do all the experiencing. I hate being the oldest. There are so many things I want to say but don't dare to..I wish I could just escape all this for a little while.
