Procrastination

You know, I think I know why I procrastinate so much. Well at least one reason why I do it. It's because I still get decent marks even if I don't make much of an effort. eg. My design specification for my game, which is basically a design brief but a lot more in depth. I somehow managed to get a D (although I guess I mainly got satisfactories and a few excellents) despite only working on it the night before. Either they mark way too easy or I've just gotten good at procrastinating to know how much time is needed for me to pull off a decent job. Not that I'm saying they should mark our assignments harder or anything. It's just, homework like this always seems like I can always just manage somehow. I never really think too far ahead on what I should do, how I should achieve it; more like can I do this-> leave till however long I can procrastinate.

So today I watched a movie in class, called Blue Velvet. Can I just say, that's some messed up stuff right there. And it was really awkward watching the sex scenes (if you can call it that) when you're half expecting something to happen in between, and the fact that you're watching it with the whole class. I don't think any of you would really want to watch this, so I won't hold back on spoilers.
Some guy named Jeffry comes back from the hospital after visiting his father, and as he heads back home, he spots a cut off ear on some block of land. This leads him to becoming curious about it, and so he goes off investigating what's happening. So he sneaks into this lady's apartment but then has to hide in the closet as the lady comes back home; so he ends up watching her strip down before he's threatened with a knife (he made some noise) before they start making out (WTH). Then they're interrupted, so he goes back into the closet, this other guy comes in (he's a bloody psycho) and proceeds to abuse her after inhaling some drugs. He kinda starts grovelling and calling her mummy and...sorry I really do not know how to describe all this without sounding so vulgar. Maybe you should see it for yourself? Just so you can feel like WTHHH?! I really can't say I like this movie at all even though my teacher said it was good- it was just too weird for my liking. Especially when that guy was involved. Eurgh. I kinda wish I did walk out of the class now...
